MVS U4-33 panel?

Hi Guys

I got a MVS panel. I thought it was a MVS U4 panel but it seems use for other MVS (MVS-U4-33?)cabinet. The size is 57 x 11 cm
Anyone know which MVS cabinets use this panel?
