yeah, I'll either use some foam or i could tape some cardboard in there to make a little fitted cubby.

got the boxes I linked above. They are quite a bit bigger than the carts

I've been looking for local vendors that do custom-sized boxes. some of them have no minimum order quantity so I'm hoping I can have some made that are a perfect fit.

Found some foam that is a good fit. Should have enough for my 3 carts. With the little piece on top of the cart it doesn’t move at all when I close the box.

As promised. Wasn't a bad first attempt before I try for real on my ESD safe PCB boxes. Used an exacto blade + metal ruler + trim lines in my graphic files.
