Hey peeps,
When I NetBoot Border Down the game loads as it should then it will get stuck on the "Now Loading..." portion, I left it on for 15 minutes and still nothing.
Voltage is at 5.10v, dip switches 2/3 set to off for JP Bios, no foreseeable issues with the game board. Same thing happens when I attempt to load Ikaruga or Melty Blood.
Anything I should do or where to start?
