Hi all, I am in the same boat, ordered a Sega Net City in April… he responded once a month ago saying he was checking update, then ghosted. Tried emailing him and Facebook messenger. I am out $2200 😞

If "guy tried to screw someone on an entire container of cabinets" isn't enough to get people to stop buying from him, then your word, mine, DS's, or anyone else's aren't going to matter. Jesus Christ himself could come back and make a statement on CNN and that wouldn't stop people from buying cabinets and parts from Yaton.

Really sucks for everyone involved. And it sucks even more that people will read this thread and *still* throw their money away after, further enriching someone who clearly does not care about their product, their customers, or their reputation.

I placed a large order for astro parts in June, and one in August. It does not give a tracking code, it does not respond to emails or messengers.
I hope it's not gone @YATON.
I'm starting to lose patience too.

Very disappointing to see this. When he actually delivered he was a great resource for hard to find parts. Now I don't think I would order again after seeing all this. @YATON why don't you fix it?

Did you pay via credit card? If so, do a chargeback.

No reason to fuck around at this point.

And a friend just received today an item from him.

I am waiting since 5th september based on Last Yaton message on this topic;

I checked my Facebook messenger, It shows that Yaton looked at my message a day ago but no response from him.

Yaton has been banned. Enough is enough. You can't treat customers like that. If you can't or don't want to run a business, just let it be.

I suggest that anyone doing business with him do a chargeback and post in his Facebook their current experience. Let's make some presusre so he delivers what he committed.

Even if the transaction didn't happen here, we are tired of having to hear about bad customer experience with him.

If someone was communicating with YATON exclusively via this forum, please let us know and we will enable him again but with some restrictions. If nobody contact us, we wil leave it as it is, but honestlty, if he hasn't responded yet or has done it so poorly, I doubt it will get any better now.
