WTB NeoBiosMasta VMC version (will pay up to +$100 for working NBM VMC)

I'm looking specifically for a working NeoBiosMasta VMC (virtual memory card) version. I can only find non-VMC versions on ebay, but not those with the VMC built in, and there are no open source files for the VMC version for me to orded via OshPark or whatever. Seems Brian Hargrove doesn't seem to care about the NBM project at the moment, whether it's because of chip shortages or if he's moved on from Neo Geo stuff.

Edit: Will pay up to $100+ for the NBM VMC pcb if needed.
