Neogeo MV1C RAM error

I recently purchased an MV1C system from AliExpress, which came with bios 4.0 installed. The board appears to be in good condition, without any noticeable damage. However, I encounter a RAM error every time I power it on. Also, the AES mode seems to work fine. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can provide guidance on potential solutions? Thanks.

It appears that one of your backup ram chips has spoiled and needs to be replaced on your MV1C
