You should set your location in your profile.or can somebody do the burning part for me and burn the flash roms
thanks
I can flash it for you for just the cost of shipping if you want. I’m in the US.
Right on, thanks for the explanation. I also discovered Bravoman was the same but the hacked controls on the rom allow the 2nd stick inputs to complete the controls. Didn’t realize Namco had unorthodox controls for any of their System 1 games. Bummer.Face Off doesn't work with traditional joystick controls. It requires a special Namco interface board to work properly. Ditto for Questar.
Can you post a couple of pictures of your setup, how the multi sits, etc. Did you remove all the memory chips and the Keycus?
I followed a tutorial on youtube and removed the ones necessary, minus pal and something else the person mentioned. Also I should mention that the game I used was tank force, and I also made the sure jumper was according. Can you post a couple of pictures of your setup, how the multi sits, etc. Did you remove all the memory chips and the Keycus?
I made sure that the modules were programmed properly, but I also did a test by putting the original game back inside. I will try reseating the board.I assume the the memory modules are programmed properly, right?
It looks to me in one of the pictures that the multi doesn't go all the way in. I would try pushing them gently until the pins fully go into the socket.
when I put the original eeproms, keycus, the board works fine....so would this be an issue that maybe I programmed the modules incorrectly...even though I believe I did them correctly. Should I reprogram them? If it is the module situation...how would I go about erasing and re-writing the modules? or can I just immediately reprogram them? Thank youI made sure that the modules were programmed properly, but I also did a test by putting the original game back inside. I will try reseating the board.
