This panel came with a cab and is pretty beat up. See picture for quality. Comes with Sanwa buttons and a Seimetsu LS-32-1 joystick, I can replace that with a Sanwa stick if you'd prefer. Comes with screws and harness.

It's a bit of an overreaction but the divot under the logo at the top left always bugged me (looks like someone took a drill to it?.) Bottom is in good shape. Added a pic to OP.
