Hi Guys,

A few questions;

I have a modded dreamcast/360 that I'm hooking up to the blast via VGA which seems fine although I am getting screen signal loss every few minutes for a few seconds.

I noticed MVG in the attached youtube vid mentions an Extron RGB 160xi, which these days seem pretty pricey - is this the only known type of signal booster to purchase for the blast?

Also, how do I go about hooking up the audio rca cables from the dreamcast/360 into the blast city speakers? Can't seem to find much detail on the forums in regard to this.

No idea about the screen going out, but the Blast has a sound amp for line level audio.

See CN5 on the cabinet IO board:

If you have the extended JVS harness, there's a 6-pin connector before the jamma edge connector that you can use to plug in your RCA connectors. You just need the adapter with female RCA plugs for it. Someone like @Lemony Vengeance can probably make you one if needed.

The extron box you asked about is a professional solution, so it’s the most trusted. The issue is the sync signal isn’t he greatest on the 360’s vga.

I don’t know many other devices that do what you’re needing done though. What price are they at now?

As for stereo audio, sounds like you don’t have a -001 harness. That’s the Jamma loom that has JVS power and stereo audio. I reproduce them, and have 6 available. They’re $175 plus shipping.
