Sega Model 3 step 2 graphics board problem

I restored a Sega Model 3 step 2 I did several cross tests and the graphics board would cause a problem.
I have the screen which switches but black and I have 2 LEDs which blink.

Everything and capkit and no corrosion Do you have a lead for me, RAM or Chip BGA ?

The problem is that there are 3 on the video board .

how do you know which one is at fault ?

the D481850GF-A12 are no longer easily available on the net, but D481850GF-A80 or D481850GF-A10.

The frequency is much faster, could this pose a stability problem ?
