Hello I noticed this resistor that I did not see before, I do not know if I can remove it, anyone has any idea of what is its function in that area.

The truth is that the board works well, although when I bought it years ago I didn't really look at the bottom, I have also seen st-v boards with black wiring underneath, I don't know if it was something from sega in some revisions or from the machine maintenance technicians for some reason.
