Comes with all original packaging. It has seen super low usage. I was concerned about drift/wearing out the analog sticks, so it has only been used with the d-pad or with a BT controller. I used the left stick once in setting it up initially and that's it. Mainly used for retro emulation and Vampire Survivors when that was still big. Will be shipped in original box from Valve.
