Time Crisis Arcade Namco Problem with aiming

Hello people, it's a pleasure to greet you, I'm new here, motivated by the fact that I've been with a mystery for months.

After a move the gun stopped being able to point at the screen, we already checked cables and nothing was disconnected

When shooting, the sight is always in the lower left corner. Any ideas? Help please!

Mine has a similar problem when I first got it, turned out that cleaning the gun lens and the optical gun diode fixed it but also check the internal gun board that’s inside the case, since it does suffer from leaky electrolytic SMD caps, check if any have started leaking and check if no traces have been damaged. Its a good idea to replace those caps as well.
