Aren't the drives useless without it? $25, I guess - but shipping would be a helluva lot cheaper. And the drives go in the trash.. lol. I have no use for them.

IDK, maybe you can ATA Unlock 'em with Linux tools and format/use for something else?
I'd just send the dongles to Mitz for reprogramming/conversion into games I actually wanted, as I don't have Brizzo's multi.

Being that I'd have to pay for conversion services as well, I was wishing for a even better deal on bare dongle.

I'd recommend picking up at least the HDD tray too. it's useful for Fate Unlimited Codes.

Well sure, but if you are looking for lots of games your better off with the multi dongle from Brizzo.
Even getting a deal on the lot of dongles, Mitz still needs time/money to convert them and it quickly becomes cost-prohibitive to have a large collection.
