Grand Master
I'm wondering if anyone can help me, I've recently purchased a Namco 357C board and unforunately didn't realise that it doesn't support JVS for most games and that it requires a USIO board that communicates over USB.
I'm crossing my fingers that this board may present itself as a normal USB input device, similar to how the Sega Type 4 IO does on windows.
The base operating system used by Sony for the PlayStation 3 (which is what is inside the Namco 357C) is a fork of both FreeBSD and NetBSD called CellOS.
It would be really interesting and useful if someone could plug their USIO board into a Linux machine, and show the output of the following commands.
`lsusb -v`
`sudo evtest`
If the IO's name does appear in evtest, selecting it and showing the output of that would also be useful.
Thanks in advance to anyone that manages this!
