Was told I need 48 pin kick?

Sorry, still learning here. I was told I needed a 48 pin kick harness for soul edge.

I can't seem to find one for the life of me. From what I gather they're hard to find. I just got a tekken 2 board from this forum that has pins soldered in a way that negates the need for a kick harness. Could something like that be done with this board?

Or is there another easily accessible option instead of a 48 pin?
