I have a Nanao MS-2931 chassis that has this weird video issue. I got lucky tonight and I was able to capture it on video. It doesn't happen all the time. In fact, sometimes it would happen ONCE in a 3-hour game session, for example, and sometimes it doesn't happen at all. It's very random but I still find it annoying when it does happen.
Has anyone seen this before and have an idea of what's causing it? The B+ voltage is at 180.6 volts.
