MV1C - Backup Ram Error

I'd probably dispense with the RAM they send you and buy some from digi-key. Used/fake ICs is a problem in China. I got burned twice by attractive pricing from China and said never again. Your board was "refurbished" with low voltage ram. I wouldn't hold my breath for new and/or correct spec ram.

This sounds like the best course of action. Even if the lv ram chips are still functional, I would be better off replacing them with new ram, with the proper voltage, and then go from there.

It appears the (6) needed RAM chips for my MV1C are: Winbond W24258S-70LE

I checked digikey.com and no luck finding it in stock. Any other trusted vendor recommendations would be appreciated.
