Symptom : " it doesn't works.Tyler,can you look at it? "
At first glance I spotted the problem , I decided anyway to boot .
13B Bad to bootcheck (normal , there's no component there)
simply , the ER5911 is missing ( Erasable PROM blah blah backup ) .Again a gypsy who used it for another pcb ...
Fortunaltely,I have somes filled in reserve .
Result: It boots up , and it works .
Conclusion : it 's easy if all repair log could be just like this one.
Remember to boot by keeping pressing test button to reset EEPROM after a new one or simply if you changed an program rom.
