New Net CIty wheels?

Restoring a few of my cabs, and need to replace wheels on a NAOMI Universal and New Net City. Brought one to Home Depot and didn't really find the right spec wheel I was looking for. Any good reliable place to pick up a bunch?

I guess while I"m on the subject, where to get wheels for a Gachapon and locks?
