My sons did not use this as much as I thought they would so I am parting with it. No use in the past 18 months. Cleared with Darksoft to post here.
I live in Washington state, USA.
  • January 2016 purchase date
  • Includes the LCD/button case from a member here - don't remember his name
  • 8 GB Samsung MicroSD
  • Purchased a longer cable for the LCD - am including the original too
  • Tested working yesterday and today in our 4-slot NeoGeo using a Jamma-MVS adapter (not included in this sale)
  • Small crack in the top of the blue case under the label - visible in the photograph
  • No updates - firmware, games, etc. - performed to the package since 2016
  • Willing to ship international. Would probably have to use US Postal Service Priority Mail International unless you have a better option.
  • Photographs attached - more pictures available for interested parties.
  • Would like to get a minimum of $800 USD + shipping.
  • Ask: $700 OBO + shipping.
Pushed it to eBay. Sale completed at $740. Thanks for the help and interest expressed here.

They must have started selling it pre-installed with both the A+B boards. Did I miss that?

Then there's the Italian eBay seller listing them for 800 Euros + shipping.

What's a fair price?

All I've seen so far is a downvote and sarc. I thought that was outside the bounds on this board.

No negativity intended bud, we're all friends here :)

If I do the math it would add up to something like $550 to be honest, so $800 seems overpriced, ebay prices are heavily inflated most of the time anyway... :(

- CPS2 multi kit $375
- LCD case $20
- Extension cable $10
- SD card $10
- Cheap donor A+B board $150

Guys, I don't think we should be price policing or giving a downvote. He jumped on here with a price, which is on the high side, but these multis are never in stock (because they are so awesome they sell out fast!) and he's including it already installed, AND of course the cost of finding and buying working A+B boards, which not everyone has handy.

Dude, don't sweat any negativity, list for what you want. I would say this though, those eBay prices also lose about 20-30% due to fees. Here on this friendly forum, you don't pay fees, and many people pay as friend on PayPal (which I DON'T recommend if you can't afford to lose the money), so that should in theory make the overall price cheaper and still let you net more money.

I'm not saying to lower or raise your price, but I think for A-P, you might be too high. I'd try Arcade Otaku or Shmups, maybe KLOV, although they are at times little bitches about multi-games for some reason. Oh and maybe BYOAC. And of course, if you want the highest price possible, just list on eBay!

@AlaskaCC No negativity/sarcasm intended from anyone here. Like Darksoft says, list whatever items you want to sell at whatever price you want. I think your price is reasonable.

That being said, the negatives for me that will make me want to offer you less to buy it would be:
cracked shell
missing multi label
extension lcd harness need a nice rubber/pvc outer wrap/tubing
Should be updated to latest firmware w/key writing jumper wires

I love the CPS2 multi and I personally own 4 of them. If I was to sell any of them, it would probably be in the $800-1,000 range, just cause I dont want to part with them :)

Furthermore its a grey area for anything dealing with the dirty R O M word. Thats why you see so many sellers outside of the USA selling these solutions.

Furthermore to if you consider the euro to USD conversion you are looking at a asking price of near $900 dollars + shipping.
At that point I would buy the 18 in one B board and call it a day.

Also hella supprised @xtrasmiley didn't snatch this up, he always gets the nice toys.

I would pay 650 plus shipping for this right now , cash in hand.

OP, I'd take this offer. Hell, I'd have a great celebration if I sold my entire kit for $600.

Based I what I have seen I'm adjusting the price downward and will add an OBO.

One correction for the benefit of PlayYing. You've got the conversion backwards. $800 USD = approximately 700 Euros.
I came to this board in part because I did not want to deal with the onerous eBay commission and some of the issues noted about other forums.

Nice! I like your brand of humor.

Shadow over Mystara was the draw to CPS2. My son actually wanted a 4-player version of the game. All I have is a 4-slot, 2-player NeoGeo cab with a jamma-MVS converter. I was never able to find a 4-player cab and make the conversion. I still have an original Shadow over Mystara A+B but don't expect to do much with it.

Maybe pick up a second cab and run 4 player over 2 x 2 player cabs? obviously money and space and both a factor but it is a solution to the lack of 4 player cabs
