Good points in your how to. I had graphics issues on one of the carts. After reflowing the 74xxx those went away and the cart worked perfect.

All the ones from "above the line" are now on their way. I've got 6 prog boards and 8 char boards left, which I'm going to hold on to in case boards get lost or damaged on the way. I'll then offer them to people below the line.
