As @Twisted said , i let the jumpers untouched and i removed the Keycus from the pcb and the game was start instantly ! Thank you everyone for this

I didn't know anything about this game, but I had a non-working Point Blank so I decided to give it a shot. I do not like pre-rendered graphics of the 1990's, but this game is OK so far. I know it has a fan base, so I'll keep playing it when I have more time to see if it grows on me.

Is this a candidate for a multi? Checks list. Uh, nope, never mind! LOL
