hi, is there any tips to get the dodonpachi 2 or any other PGM shmup work in normal classic tv without return it in tate mode ? I have a 65" oled placed on a piece of furniture and impossible to return it at this size.
Comes as a kit that you put together.cool! How much ?
at least.it would take months i suppose
Super cool idea, now that's thinking outside the box!... I made up a DB15 to DB15 adapter that rotates the stick input 90 degrees for vertical titles. The game still runs horizontal but now the controller matches the movements.
If you look over at shmups.com there are many threads covering the options (I've asked a bunch of questions). I think this is one of the devices that will do it.Maybe one of those would work?? That’s what I use on my Darius setup to flip the image..I don’t remember if it had the tate option but I think it does..members mentioned that it would add about a frame of lag to the setup but I have not been able to notice that.

Another option is to get the correct size covers and build your own adapters, see link below. Not ideal but I made up a DB15 to DB15 adapter that rotates the stick input 90 degrees for vertical titles. The game still runs horizontal but now the controller matches the movements.
