Hi. We are having problems with one of our two Time Crisis 2. One of them is stuck in this screen forever:

Does this mean that this ram is broken? It's a Super System 23 board.

Set DipSwitch 2 to on (by doing so, it will skip the test). I had something similar with mine and doing that wasn't matter to have the game running and play.
Unfortunatly that doesn't necessarly tell you that the defect is really on that (however changing it is a good thing)

Hi. I have followed your tip, and it works but with graphic glitches, so it's very probably the ram. So I'm gonna order a replacement

Hopefully changing that will do the job :)
I suggest to leave dip 2 on after that, the boot sequence is much faster

I'm curious what the graphic glitches look like ingame. Also I leave dip 2 off on all System 23 related games I own (Time Crisis 2 and Motocross Go) for safety reasons so the games pass their self tests without any errors. If you are good at this type of soldering, I would swap the ram chips between 13A and 14A to see if C412 SDRAM Bank A fails and if that is the case, then it's a bad ram chip

Hi I have a sdram error at boot on my moto gp. I tried the dipswitch trick. I m not sure it s the big one at sw4?
It put the system on cleaning sdram and stops...
Which sdram are involved any ideas?
Thx
