What's new
They come up periodically on ebay, but usually the old ps/2 ones

I recommended @Tombstone the Pandora’s box as a viable testing option for his cab. Better frying one of those than a PCB :)

Yeah I was just being a prick, sorry, not helpful at all.

Definitely better than frying something good; also a good entry point if you don't have an exact idea about what you want to buy.

That brings a good point if I ever consider getting a Candy cab. Test it using a cheap pandora's box instead of my CPS2/F3 PCBs.

One of those $50 MVS boards from aliexpress aren't bad if you wanna just test that the cab is working. If theres no cart plugged in you get a test grid.

@Tombstone you might want to poke bits of it with a multimeter to check the voltages before plugging anything into it (even a pandora). Also despite most of it looking original, it appears that someone has replaced the jamma harness with one of those cheapie eBay ones. New wiring and subsequently given away would trigger a "Is our fire insurance up to date?" in my house.

Hey guys, I may have found a better way how to attacked this project... I was going to use this guy... But would like your import if anyone in Brisbane has used him before... I just had a nice phone call with him and he was very nice sounded like he knows what he was talking about and he is walking distance from me what a bonus...

Would anyone happen to have PS3 Jojo's Bizarre Adventure All star Battle?

Looking for a Zero Key Pic for Naomi 1 from someone who knows how to program them. Willing to pay. Let me know?

Those shitty red/green ones will set your house on fire if you leave them plugged in or activated for too long :/

Highly recommend hunting around for the Arlec one. They turn up on gumtree etc. I have a couple here and they are indespensible!

Yeah I found one in Melbourne for 25 bux and asked a friend to pick it up for me as he lived only 10 mins away.

They're awesome compared to the green/red ones. I've had a red one melt the button - but I think I had it held on for too long. They can only really be used in short bursts and then they have to be rested.

Even the arlec one says "2 mins on, 30 mins off"

Free going to dump on Sunday... Brisbane
