After a lot of trial and error it's about 95% finished. Just some measurements here and there that need to be tweaked. I wanted to take the easy way and just mold it, but it was more complicated. So I taught myself fusion 360 and some help from a friend.

Finally have the blue sample.
I think it its as close as its going to get.
I will be ordering a batch this week.

Should cost $50 for the cover and reader together.
