I don’t think you’re going to find what you’re looking for, not easily and probably not in NY, (especially Candy Cab).
My recommendation would be to find a solid cabinet and convert which is what the large majority of MVC2 cabinets are anyway. Here is a good candidate in California on KLOV. The control panel is already drilled for six-player Capcom fighters and probably has a kick harness. You would also need a NAOMI setup, (or emulation machine).

I don’t mean an original, I mean one that is already put together so I don’t have to buy the cab separate and the hardware too. Unless the prices are good to buy separate.

Mileage will vary especially for popular games. 700 is a good price in my neck of the woods but it's getting harder to get games that low now.

$700 would be amazing but I’m not gonna get my hopes up. Expect people to try and ask double that.

Im not far from you (DC) and pieced together mine! If your on facebook and dont mind driving down to Hagerstown MD, CoinOp Amusements and Coinopwarehouse post arcades all the time. Some complete with Mvc2 (not often) and some with sega naomi motherboards which you can then acquire a cartridge of mvc2 to throw into. I started with a Capcom vs Snk cabinet with a capcom I/o inside and grew from there! Good luck in your search!

Yea a drive to pick it up wouldn’t be bad if the price was good. What should I be paying for the parts separate?

Depending on what the cabinet may lack, youll most likely need an i/o board (a few were made but the capcom is preferred because it can run on naomi power supply and rca jacks) which everything seems to be getting pricier. I would say around $200 for that and the same for a Mvc2 cart 250-350. Obtaining a cab that has a working monitor, 6 buttons pre-drilled and a sega naomi mobo will get you almost everything. I bought mine at around $250 because monitor didnt work. There are repair guys in the area that can service the monitor/chassis.
