I bought from Dave Keays a month ago.

He required F&F payment allegating he could be screwed over international shipping.

I thought ok no problem I've seen him around AP community. Now i think maybe he was speaking for his own nature, and beginning to think I might be screwed here.

I did prompt payment and have waited a month JUST for the shipping quote to complete our deal. The only answer I've got from him is " I should find on monday ".
4 mondays after he is not answering my messages anymore and I don't feel like chasing him, very poor communication.

I'm calling @davesarcades to be upfront about his intentions. Are you honoring the deal?

I'm very frustrated about this situation, stand up and be a man.

Amend this and change your poor image/ feedback you are gaining to yourself.
 
He just posted yesterday (offering to sell something) so he's clearly around.

Dave, you're not really here for the community and small talk, just selling, and that's fine. It's a service, I'd buy from you if the price was right. But you gotta send the stuff people buy to make the selling part work.
 
I hope I'm wrong. I don't want to be stuck in shipping quote anymore, I find it ridiculous. If he is delayed or has problems right now I can understand but I expect communication about it.

What did ya buy? I don't have anything in my pending ship queue from AP forum and there's no unread messages/threads/emails/phone calls about anything. Did I miss something? Uh oh. Sounds like I did!

I don’t see a message from you requesting we stop the sale or receive a refund. This is the 1st I’ve heard about it. I also didn’t see any concerns regarding the wait from you. Or any message showcasing a concern of any kind. But hey that is OK!

Sorry it didn’t work out and I’ll work hard to regain my honor and manliness in the future when selling plastic toy guns on the internet.

So...this is your mission/ vision marketing phrase for your business and usually you stick it on your web/info on social media, not for showing yourself here when you failed a whole month to give me a shipping quote and not communicating, you went on mute, congratulations.

So... your professional business whether your clients buys you 0.5 cents/ plastic guns/ something more valuable/ is based on irony defense mechanism for when you actually fail to deliver your service ?


In resume:

- Takes your money upfront
- Does not communicate if any problems
- Blocks you from the channels you are/ were speaking
- Refers his own goods based on personal/ subjective value to determine if something is worth behaving like professional or not
- Well determined to close transactions even when still open to take good/better route
- Professional sarcasm style speach
- Can´t fix issues

This was previously a partial negative feedback that made him pop up and finally answer me. It was partial because he could still make things right and change the whole transaction into something positive. I guess not.

Although he has stated he has refund me, he has not.

So you did have it on a to do list after all? And just ... weren't getting to it for a month? Just trying to understand what happens when you take someone's money for something you say you're selling. Even toy plastic guns.

Is this on a to do list too Dave?
 
I think being blocked by him and saying he has refunded me when he has not, it's a clear sign something isn't right with this guy.
