“Y2 kof02 revenge” what exactly is this? Is it an actual arcade system with a bootleg version of kof or a pc type clone system? I am interested in buying but I want to know before I do..thanks..

is this KOF2002 JP version? from the screenshot it looks like chinese version
 
I would like to know what is the system hardware running the game..if it’s a PC type or an actual arcade system and if so what is it? Thanks
 
As someone who owns the Japanese version... the OP is selling the Chinese version. This is an actual PCB that can be used in JAMMA or JVS. Either in 15khz or 31khz. But in 15khz, it will run in interlace. In 31khz, it will run progressive.
 
For all interested, this is official hardware. It's called the System Board Y2. It has options for both JVS and JAMMA. For KoF 2002, this is essentially what KoF '98 Unlimited Match was on the PGM2. There's hi-res backgrounds, character portraits, and a pretty cool animated intro. The soundtrack is also arranged and is excellent! The version I have allows for Chinese or English language selection. It also has a button config in the soft settings which I always find handy. If you like KoF, it's pretty great all around.

Correction to my previous post, KoF '98 Ultimate (not unlimited) Match on PGM2.

This isn't vanilla 2K2, it's UM with some added extras. This version came out before FE on Nesica. It is 100% licensed by SNK.

The Y2 board is basically another Dreamcast variant, similar to Atomiswave. You can read a little more about this in the MAME source.
