Black screen for me, loaded Cotton 2 successfully afterwards from the same sdcard so doubt if it's the sdcard. I hope @twistedsymphony can counter my result

If still doesnt work, please replace the file with extension 07 with this one:

Notice that it's actually a 7z file, so just remove the ending ".zip" from the filename.

This game is actually pretty fun, it reminds me of NBA Jam or Blitz just with Soccer.
