What type of connector is this?

Recently, I purchased a mk2 cab that was repurposed to play sega and namco games and the jamma harness had been sliced with these connectors all over. The one in the photo is for the monitor chassis and I am trying to add a second set of wires in the connector so I can output game to lcd using gbs8200. Is there a tool for safely pushing wires into this connector? My attempt at using a flat head screwdriver left me with damaged insulation.

Looks like a Molex IDT connector, basically used when you don't want to crimp terminals. Molex KK 254 or its clones should be interchangeable.

EDIT: Though it's hard to see the pitch, it could be 3.96mm pitch instead of 2.54. You want a Molex KK 254 or 396 (depending on pitch) connector with ramp but no side tabs to replace it

Wow I totally missed that you want to add wires to that instead of replace it. You should just be able to do it with a standard IDT punchdown tool.
 
In mo original posts before editing I got IDC and IDT mixed up. This is the tool you need (assuming the pitch is 2.54mm): https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/molex/0638133504/2327986

E: Actually I have no idea if these are interchangable with normal IDC stuff. Molex calls it IDT but it seems to stand for the same thing. Having not really worked much with either, can't say for sure but you may be able to get away with a cheapo amazon IDC punchdown tool.
