Hit up @Joko3 — he can most likely source you a super clean setup direct from Japan with all the required SIMMs. Generally much cheaper than it would be buying from people importing them and adding a premium.

I bought one from my friend 3 or 4 years ago for $600, so I'd guess $800-1000 now

Just a warning. The battery inside the cart can go dead in transit. This happened to the last kit I shipped. It worked fine at my house, but the cart arrived dead to the recipient. It was packed like a tank, so there was no damage. The cart is being changed to a DS Super Bios now. The buyer had other multis already, so he swapped parts around and determined everything else was good. If that was the original battery, I'm assuming it didn't appreciate all the temperature changes going from Japan to the east coast of the United States in a matter of a week. Huge bummer as it was a complete kit minus the box, but I suppose this comes with the territory of us collecting 20+ years old hardware.

That said, I'd be more than happy to help you if you are looking for a kit : )

You're going to be paying $1,000 for New Generation CPS3 boards now. Those were selling for $600 before the pandemic. It's ridiculous now.
