Hi,

The OSSC has been great, I haven't had to change any settings most arcade boards just work.

I have TMNT, from what I read it's supposed to be 288x224 @ 60.00Hz.

The board should be working "enough" to display an image but I just get a blank screen, on the OSSC LCD I just see it flick between 254p and 264p and say "NO SYNC". When the LCD on the OSSC flicks I see 59.18Hz and 61.52Hz also. It stays at 15.62kHz

TMNT to Minigun to SCART to OSSC AV1 RGBS.

Has anyone got an OSSC and TMNT setup, did you have to tweak anything on the OSSC?

I think I have to do something special on the OSSC right but I have no idea where to start, there are a lot of settings in there?

Thanks.

Richard

Haven't tested with OSSC, but I can tell that while I never had problem on CRT, it always caused trouble directly connected to LCD, although I got a picture, but with some instability.

I just plugged mine in. Seems fine? I didn’t edit any setting that I know of but I can look them up if you need. Latest firmware fwiw. If your monitor can’t handle the signal that’s another story; mine is freesync and has no problem though it does read 59hz from the monitors status screen. I think mame runs them at 60hz but the timings aren’t perfect - simpsons got updated recently for example.

Thank you very much for this ekorz, would you mind shooting me a list of the exact cabling you are using for your setup? I’d like to attempt to replicate it if possible to rule out my cabling 🙏🏼

@ShllShockArcade there’s nothing special. My rgbs levels are attenuated so they are at proper ‘consumer’ voltage appropriate for the ossc. Otherwise it’s just a homemade scart cable into AV1.

Bummer, just tried direct from mini-din Scart straight to the OSSC and still get “No Sync” …. Tried both buffered and regenerated with no love 🤷🏻‍♂️ maybe just one of those game that will get 2 player cab play only 🤷🏻‍♂️
