If you get tired of looking, consider getting a umk3 board, burn anyu64 and corresponding files for the 11 mk3 roms needed and convert. That’s what I did since I couldn’t find a dedicated mk3 board. Both run on the same wolf unit board only difference is the security chip. Or go to hobbyroms and email the guy and he’ll quote you on sending you the roms needed to convert to mk3 from umk3.
I’ve got a spare one I was going to convert to UMK3, but I’m in Australia and doubt it’s worth sending it over?
(I bought it given how rare it was, then ended up getting an OG MK3 cabinet/board a few months later)
Edit - honestly probably easier to buy a nice UMK3 over there and buy my MK3 ROMs if it ended up being worth trying to sell mine. (And I convert it to UMK3)

It's not just the ROMs, the security chip is different and of course the serial numbers are lower. I personally would not try to downgrade an UMK3 by killing a regular MK3.
I'd just sell yours to someone who wants the original and buy yourself an UMK3.
