That's a V1

since the board label is covered, one other small difference in the silkscreen that you can check is on the edge between the program roms and audio section there is a little square footprint for a reset button. on the V1 it says "RESET MB" and on the V2 it just says "RESET".

I don't think we've determined the design difference between the two. they seems to use different model caps and some of the chips are different manufacturers but I haven't noticed any PCB differences that would lead to the need for a different revision PCB. I'd guess it's something very minor to maybe change the pins for one of the alternate chips.
