Blast City PSU PCB -printing?

I was wondering if anyone has discovered a modern alternative to the PSU board inside the larger unit. It seems like a simple enough PCB. Has anyone endeavored to design and print one out?

I’m only asking because this seems to have been done for the Playstation. Also because mine is working now, but it looks to be the victim of some corrosion. Not sure how long it will hold out.

Very doubtful they would print /manufacture an exact replica. Plenty of modern psu's you could adapt to make work. It's been done for other cabs on this forum.

Ok maybe I didn’t do enough research. The way the PSU connects seems so unique to the blast cab so I thought it would be my only route. Any threads or links you could point to?

This actually seems like a decent idea, since the blast crams the audio amp and PSU in that one enclosure. A PSU that could fit in there and slide into the cab as-is would be quite nice.

that big blast connector is the hardest piece of the puzzle to find. from what i hear it is basically unobtanium. making a whole unit replacement that plugs into that big connector is a pipedream if we r being honest

Should be realistic for an adapter to be made similar to the AWSD adapter. Keeping the same blast connector is key.

here is my PSU board. I’m thinking at some point I’ll have to find a replacement but somehow it still works. I’m afraid to try a recap for fear that Some of the corroded areas will lose continuity… but please tell me if that’s not something I should worry about.

keep an eye out for a spare. thats what i do. spares of everything. i wouldnt worry about that if its working properly.
