Does anyone know where I can find this button?

Also is there supposed to be only one wire connected to this one?

this board came from a KC cab and I just recapped it and now want to finish servicing it.

Bonus question: Does anyone know what screws this service panel takes and if anything attaches to it like a ground in the center. It was free floating on arrival

That's just a random Seimitsu button someone has put there. You're missing the service button on the panel. Empty hole between the test and degauss buttons. Same button style for all three.

Outer screws are wood screws. The center screw is a long M4 that is fastened to the bottom of the cab.
