Advice

Of course I have to check compatibility. I assume HAS automatically knows the correct amount of voltage right that’s why it doesn’t have that number display unless I just missed it?

Voltage adjustment is absolutely necessary with all JAMMA arcade boards. The newest HAS moved the voltage readings from dedicated digits to an OLED display, but they are still there.

Whenever you change the board on a JAMMA cabinet or SuperGun, power on the board and adjust the output dial on the power supply so that the voltage readout is 5.0V . Different JAMMA boards draw different amounts of power which is why readjustment is necessary. If you run the board for too long either undervolted or overvolted it can glitch or be permanently damaged.

Well I asked the dude who converted the golf cab into fighting layer on klov for any tips and pointers he had so I’ll go from there! I don’t know if I made any progress!

You have to stick the pcb in there?
