Portuguese scammer Marcio c. on Wallapop

I have had a very negative experience with the following user called "Marcio c." on wallapop: https://www.wallapop.com/user/marcioc-429118725?_pid=wi&_uid=19139557

In the past 2 years I have made various transactions with him via whatsapp/bank transfer

Recently this user has scammed me with a TOKI jamma board, not arriving the product, not giving tracking number after multiple attempts to obtain it and multiple excuses for winning time saying "I'll refund you next friday", various fridays in fact. This user has blocked me from whatsapp and wallapop. I made the payment through bank transfer on february 10th.
