I'd love to be able to help out but mine took me months to make on and off. Even the print time alone is more than I'm able to do. I made some notes earlier with conservative settings:

  • Bare minimum 3D printed parts = 20.5hrs (would also need top/bottom/front and sides cutting from acrylic)
  • Bare minimum 3D printed parts + printed side panels = 26.5hrs (would need top/bottom and front cutting from acrylic)
  • All printed parts would be 45 hours

Everything now has a model. I've even added the correct varying length bolts to the assembly so you can interrogate the model to see what goes where. I've added the heat set inserts too so you can see where they need to go in various components:

I've included the laser cut side panels, it's doubtfull the laser cut fan panel would be printed but I've included them in case you wanted to make a .dxfs from them for laser cutting. If I get chance I'll try and dig my .dxfs out or create some more.

Front/back/side panel slots are all 5.2mm. The panels are all 5mm. If you're prinitng all of the panels you can scale/mod the parts in CAD or your slicer to adjust the Z height/fit.

Top and bottom recesses were 5.5mm so I've left them as is. The top bottom panels not have models and I've made them 5.5mm thick too.

Now I have everything in an assembly I can export the whole assembly as well as the individual components to .stl and .stp.

I've got some router template models to upload too in case they're useful for anyone else as well.

I've got family over this weekend so I'll get the last bit done next week and uploaded to Printables.com with some notes.

Funnily enough I have a CO2 laser now so I could cut them for you. I even have some of the same material that I used in this project 8)
