I'm down if I can run the jointI meant, like folks from across the globe that are members here build an arcade. A communit owned business like the Green Bay Packers.

If you opened a private arcade club in Mass you could side step the licensing requirement and allow the use of marijuana within the confines of the club.Boom, lets get like 50 and setup an arcade spot Maybe get 2 containers full of Blasts and NAC cabs??
I like the idea of a PotcadeIf you opened a private arcade club in Mass you could side step the licensing requirement and allow the use of marijuana within the confines of the club. The catch is it must remain (and able to prove) its exclusivity, aka no one without a membership allowed, cost of operation fees collected from members, all members over 21 years of age.Boom, lets get like 50 and setup an arcade spot Maybe get 2 containers full of Blasts and NAC cabs??
I've been to many many barcades in my life now (it's the new hipster thing we've got two here already) but I've yet to see a Potcade... Could be big, just saying![]()
20' and 40'. You can line up three cabs in a row. The shorter container fits 6 rows, 12 in the longer. So 18 / 36 regular sized cabs.Depends on the size of the container right? IIRC there is like a 25ft or 50ft option?
$250 are probably standard candy cabs. If you want to go for something nicer like driving or shooting simulators or music cabinets, then probably you need to count for 1500-2000 USD. Price can go up sooooo easy.So 36 cabs at lets say $250ea that would be $9k, plus shipping let’s say another $5-6k. Hmmm...very tempting if you can source some good cabs, even if you have to part out some to rebuild the rest.
Yup, I think I have enough pcbs outside of your multis to have at least 40-50 different games/cabs going, then you gotta get, driving/shooting/music games, and some pins. @Derick2k the hi-jacker! Time to start its own thread? We are hi-jacking Cereth's thread
Don't worry, your state will probably never legalize it anyway... With all the bigger issues at stake. Can't be around pot though.
Anymore Vewlix left? How much for the cab? $2,500? and how much for Shipping to San Francisco?Current status of Winter container: there are no candies available, and it could be 1-3 months until there are. I'm waiting a month and either prematurely closing it and shipping it as-is, or if candies are available by then, I'll add a bunch up to a 40ft.
Here's a compilation of photos of what is going on the next container. One or two things are claimed. Photos are of cabinets pre-restoration, they will be put together into a clean and functional state before they go on the container. Their work is high-quality in doing so.

Chinese Vewlix order is on hold, there didn't seem like much interest. I'll do that when I'm ready and post to offer about it.
In short if you are interested in any request for this container, let me know and I'll put you on the waiting list. It may not be filled, but I'll notify you if it does. If you're interested in anything above, also let me know and we can discuss getting you one of them. Below are expected prices (to our warehouse) for candies.
Blast City - $800 ($650 defective monitor)
New Net City - $800 ($680 defective monitor)
Universal - $800 ($650 LCD displays correctly but the sides of the screen show white lines, assume they mean CRT?)
Winter 2017 Container:
Lower number available on Blasts, higher on Universal. Want to see what has the most interest, if I have to I can just snag a few of each. Worth noting that SDVX cabinets are in stock right now, price still $6,000. Anything else to ask about? I still have an interest list I need to go thru and contact people about. I will probably sell one or two of the New Net/Blast City cabinets on the previous container that I was going to keep, depending on what I hear back from events in January/February. If I do, I have a priority list for those of you who were interested and I'll be in touch.
I'm working on another container now. I'm not sure how long this one will take, but I'm going to say anywhere from 3-6 months. If a 20ft fills fast and interest seems dead, I'll just ship it. If it's steady I'll fill another 40ft and go as soon as plausible. New candy cab offerings are coming in, no Astro/New Astro this time. Price is serviced, like the last set were.
Fall 2017 Container:
Fall container ships the 25th, arrives about a month later. Final storage destination is looking to be Reno, if all goes well arranging delivery, easier for me, better storage space. Will update depending on how it goes, cheaper to go to Sac but don't really have dock options.
Starting another container, going to try to be more vocal with this. There's been a high interest in Viewlix cabs, and they offered L, F, FC, and Diamonds. Once I get pricing from them I'll list it here, but I haven't really done much thought otherwise. They will be used, and as such may not be perfect, but should at least come in functional. The casters on the two I ordered before had been damaged in shipping for example, I don't know if that'll become a common problem.
Any other games you want, I can ask about. I'm not really just throwing a bunch of stuff on the container and selling it, moreso taking requests and going from
Here's what I think I can offer now. Prices are shipped to the US, delivery after needs to be arranged. Can do deliveries in NorCal or possibly farther.

Subtract $100 for monitor tested only condition, and subtract another $100 for monitor chassis repair required (non-working).
Never heard of or dealt with him. Is he one of the guys from Tokyo Attack? Does he have a price list?I mean Anthony Capobianco imports on the east coast... I have a Vewlix coming on his next container.
He doesn't normally do CRT cabs but I bet if you requested something he could get it.
Oh man! Lucky for you.To be fair he doesn't import as a business, he imports for his own traveling arcade business and typically buys extra of whatever he can get a good deal on to fill out the containers and turn a decent profit on once they arrive.
In my own case I made him a trade deal for some arcade equipment that he needed for his business and he took that as partial payment on a specific Viewlix that he had physical hands on while he was in Japan. We have an agreed price for the remainder of the machine once the container arrives. So maybe he was more motivated to nail down a price with me because I had something he needed. Though I'd suspect his "All over the place" pricing is likely do to the fluctuating stock of wherever he's sourcing these machines over the long breaks between container orders.
In my experience he's advertised things he doesn't have yet, just expects to get, or "has access to". I've only ever dealt with him on "that other site", and he'd posted games/prices initially, which is why I contacted him to start, then things started fluctuating. To be fair he doesn't import as a business, he imports for his own traveling arcade business and typically buys extra of whatever he can get a good deal on to fill out the containers and turn a decent profit on once they arrive.
