Looking for a Paca Paca Passion PCB and control panel.
Any info is welcome :)

There was one of these on YAJ just a few days ago... PCB plus control panel. looks like it's gone now though :(

I do see them pop up from time to time there.

I don't remember the exact price but I don't believe it was very expensive. most of the PCBs alone seem to go in the ~$100 range. I think Paca Paca Passion 2 tends to go for a lot more though.

I don't know how the games are different from each other?

There are 3 version on System 12
- Paca Paca Passion
- Paca Paca Passion 2
- Paca Paca Passion Special

It seems like they're 3 distinct games and "special" is the 3rd game in the series. looking at the MAME source 2 and special share similar harware but all of them have completely different ROMs.

they were all released within a year of each other so I'd suspect the biggest difference is just the track list.

thanks!
will see whatever comes along on YAJ and the likes, don't really have a preference for a version, just want to try out the series :)

these games are also on PS1 if you have a modded one or even spending $20 on the console version to see if it's worth hunting down the arcade version.

I can load em up on my PSIO to give it a go :D

Doesn't look like much if I check Youtube, but nevertheless would be cool to try with the original CP and maybe check if it does something with the Cyberlead's LED display

Definitely get the Playstation game to see if you like it or not. I personally found the series to be...not very good and never bothered tracking down the PCBs.

Still looking for a panel
I recommend buying 4 dome buttons (the medium sized ones like Bishi Bashi uses, not the big Pop'n Music style) and mount them in some wood and run the wires to the Jamma harness. (Keep in mind that you'll also need a Namco Kick Harness connector to wire up the 4th button.)
