I missed all this. Is this a core for groovy mame to enable emulation of a tonne of games on the mister? Any easy instructions to set it up?

Thanks guys, I've tried volume up on both the pcb and remote. Amp dip is on standby I get audio fine when set to local, just nothing when set to remote. All remote buttons work (except core reset, but I'm not sure if that is meant to do anything in arcade cores?)

no worries. I think it's some form of hardware/firmware bug.. I can just use in game global sound instead of the remote. Not end of world as I don't need to open my cab to do it.

I haven't yet. The documentation wasn't clear. I don't want audio out from the remote.. Only volume control. Am I misunderstanding the purpose of volume knob?
