Oh, another suggestion that popped into my head- The gears for terminator 2 guns. Idk if anyone else has repro'd one but last time I worked on a machine it was a nightmare problem

Yeah I've had a few chats with my buddies that do metal work, pretty feasible to do but you'd lose a lot of detail/curve if you go that route. As far as milling it, assuming you mean like CNC the machine time alone would make it obscenely expensive
