Okay, so I finally got the System 369 to recognize the IONA board (a lot of mapping issues, but I guess I'll figure those out). I think what worked was downgrading the firmware from 2.23 to 2.15. I'll do some more experimenting! Thank you @nem and @Franco23444 for setting me on the right track

I've set the board to declare the "namco ltd.;NA-JV" setting with JVS Dash Support off. Since it's a 2.XX board I tried both "JVS Data Signal Level Adjustment" off and on, different USB-B Cables, and still nada so far. I'll keep trying other settings I guess?
