Hello, I'm hoping to get some help.

I'm trying to get a Namco System 369 (Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Unlimited) going that I bought off eBay.

I haven't been able to boot into the game yet, assumedly because of the JVS I/O status reading "Nothing".

So, I recently bought an MP07-IONA-US so I can use a Qanba 2009 with this system and after flashing the board I am still unable to get past the initialization screen, still "Nothing" on the I/O status (MP07 is still giving 3 blinks, Idk if I start there).

Picture attached is what I'm seeing.

Really hoping it's nothing silly like "modern USB was plugged into the JVS and now this thing is kaput" (again, been like this since I purchased).

More than likely there's nothing wrong with the 369. The problem probably lies with how you've set up the MP07. Now personally I don't own a MP07, but just quickly looking through the documentation, I would try setting it to declare a Namco NA-JV compatible I/O device name and turning off JVS Dash.

I've set the board to declare the "namco ltd.;NA-JV" setting with JVS Dash Support off. Since it's a 2.XX board I tried both "JVS Data Signal Level Adjustment" off and on, different USB-B Cables, and still nada so far. I'll keep trying other settings I guess?

Okay, so I finally got the System 369 to recognize the IONA board (a lot of mapping issues, but I guess I'll figure those out).
I think what worked was downgrading the firmware from 2.23 to 2.15. I'll do some more experimenting!

Thank you @nem and @Franco23444 for setting me on the right track
