I can vouch for the Axunworks CBOX Supergun, as I'm sure many other people can. Been my daily driver for about half a year now. Took a while to arrive, but was more than worth it. Incredible build quality and has handled everything without a hitch so far.

Which games can benefit/only run with the RAM expansion? I know SSF2 and Samurai Spirits require it, but I'm not sure what else does, if anything. Do any titles see a boost in performance thanks to the extra memory?

HAS supergun seems really excellent. From the looks of it, I'm assuming it's similar to the Minigun? I've used one of those before and it was quite nice.
