General question..have a system 12 pcb (tekken tag) and it work...but it takes 20-30 seconds for it to boot up...is this normal?

Fl13 does something with video...also I know that the video ground is damaged but from what I read it should not affect the gameplay.

New question...I have a burnt chip on some of the boards...has no markings on it and it labeled fl13 on the pcb...any one know what it is and what it does?

Any chance you made/have one with inputs? Like street fighter 2...and how much?

Have a question...can you put a b-21 on a existing c-board...say one that goes to Mercs to replace the one that goes there...I know the eproms need to be replace for the b-21 to work...but it has the i/o for that game...is this possible...and if you still have any of the b-21 left how much to do...

Well from the doc...I can say I have 4 Tekken 2 boards...one Soul Edge(or I think so if the key chip is correct...and a Soul Calibur (I know it's System 12...but I can identify it now)...at this point all that I have read is pointing to replace the caps and go from there...so will post after this.

Maybe I didn't clearly state the question...I gotten a different c board to work on Mercs (think it is a b21 from champ ed...but also whatever one Final Fight uses) my question was the inputs from say a SF2WW or Champs Ed c-board would work for the 3rd player on Mercs...or what mods are needed...

So graphics/game/sound is on main board...the larger top square board is cpu and gfx on the smaller rectangle top board?

Simple one...of the 3 boards of the namco system 11...which one holds the game info? Or better question...what does each of the 3 boards do?

What I have is a "Mercs" with a dead c board...found software to convert the roms to use different c board...but Mercs is a 3 player game and the c board had inputs for the 3rd player. Can you use a Street Fighter 2 WW or Champion edition to handle the 3rd player...or can they be modified to...
