I heard about the rs485 as a suggestion to connect a pc to an Astro city. I have a Sega io and wanted to hook it up to a pc.

Hello @SQArcade, Are you saying that my candy cab’s kick harness will connect to the sq arcade pc to Jamma adapter but you can’t guarantee that it will work? Can’t I setup the buttons on the computer later on?

Thank you. Right I guess the RPi 5 is not supported. Do you think more ram like the RPi 4b with 2 GB makes a difference?

Are those 3 white connectors for the kick harness?

@mR_CaESaR and @DRAGONKZ Since the 3b+ only has 1gb, is the conclusion right that 1gb is all you need? Does more ram like 2 gb improve anything? I think the 2gb RPi 5 costs even only 5 dollars more than the same tier RPi 4.

I am curious if the raspberry pi 3b/4b work and how much ram you need.
